So as the staff member who pked you here’s my reasoning. I was shown a clip and have been sent it now(https://medal.tv/games/garrys-mod/clips/...k3NTYxOTcs) in the clip it starts right after he shot your tire and you can hear him state in the clip that he got your tire. I wouldn’t consider that to be starting a shootout with you since it was About 30 seconds before you died and it’s making an attempt to apprehend you. So he didn’t start combat he was trying to apprehend you then some civs drive you off the road along with the popped tire and you try to kill the cop but don’t see he got out and he kills you. My second question is when I pulled you I asked if you had any questions and you didn’t ask any so not sure why this wasn’t brought up then but anyways that’s my reasoning have a great day.
