Reason for appeal (dispute/apology): My reason for appealing this ban is due to the fact that I feel this ban was unjust, because I deemed my situation as an active threat, as stated in the rules is "For example, someone pointing a gun at you and threatening to kill you. This is an Active threat.". I do believe multiple shooters firing at a cop car right next to me, which would also seriously injure / kill me, is an active threat. I was also unaware I was given a note about being "thirsty for kills", despite the staff member who banned me telling me that "you would have been let know when you were noted". The same staff member also told me in my Discord DMs that it was "impossible to know" that the people I killed were coming off of Imperial roof, when given the time frame between when they opened fire, and then escaping via the Napoli fire escape.
Why should you be unbanned? I zoomed in and saw multiple shooters, wearing blue shirts as well as white shirts, before I engaged said shooters. The clip doesn't show this next part I'm explaining, and that's my bad. I poorly trimmed it. However, I saw the officers run towards Imperial, so I made the decision to turn around and run to Napoli, knowing that's one of the fastest routes off the Imperial roof. I then saw people coming down off of the roof of Napoli, onto the fire escape ladders, where I then opened fire, knowing it was them. They had on the same clothes, and given the time frame in between firing, and running down the Napoli fire escape, it was clear that those were the people who opened fire as stated above.
