yea no, you took contact from a random direction, not a single shot hitting you, then returned fire. its unlikely at that distance you got a good look at them, and regardless of the path they took you still wouldnt know for sure. you thenound someone you believed to be related to the indecent and gunned them down in the streets. you used "probable cause" as your defense in the sit which was odd and failed to actually establish a basis for the killing.

Further, you had a PO for something along the lines of "guy was shooting in a random direction and you killed them, just hungry to kill people." which lines up almost perfectly with this scenario. You arent a cop, you arent a vigilante, you are a normal dude who recieved a 1 day ban for rdm because thats exactly what you did.
