Having played servers with EMS systems like this, almost nobody is ever going to wait for EMS outside of trying to survive a PK, which means no one who chooses to be an EMS is going to have anything to do, which means no one is going to choose to be an EMS, which means no one is going to be there to save someone getting PKd, which means the system will likely serve little purpose.
