The nature of what I was elaborating on was folks who become Staff who never take tickets and meet the bare minimum quota and leave it at that. My belief is that its important to recognize the importance of a Staff team and sometimes its necessary to put your work boots on and get in gear when nobody else is available to do so. For example, when you're the only Staff on the server in the early hours and a bunch of tickets are racking up.
