I will reply in lieu of the Administrator that executed the PK as they are not currently available.
You were PK'ed for an incident that occurred 20 minutes before the PK was issued, you had a violent confrontation with police and were killed. Being killed when attempting to attack/murder a cop can lead to a PK as a fail condition.

The officer orders you to stop and threatens to taze you. You turn around and un-holster to fire on the officer but your gun is not loaded, the officer reacts while you reload to return fire.
From this perspective it seems like a valid PK, do you have any additional reasoning to dispute the decision?
