From what i can see it looks like a valid dons order and I don't see any rules broken. You were made in a faction and left without permission, thats a good enough reason for a don to kill you, and being AFK doesn't make you immune to being PKed if you were properly afk it would have kicked you from the server but you were tabed out for 10 seconds.
