Hello i was the staff member in question that issued the ban. The police officer in question made a staff ticket of a possible breaking FearRP situation. Natural i claim the ticket and teleport to the officer to assess the situation. All i saw at the time was you running away from a gun. Granted the distance between you and the gun initially were in a relatively moderate distance to be considered FearRP. But just as it reaches pointblank range, you decided to pull out fists and punched the cop.

Now normally a simple breaking FearRP offense would result in a warn. However, your existing POs betrays you otherwise. A total of 4 warns and 3 bans, excluding the one i just issued, is pretty damning.

To be fair a 4-day ban is actually kind of light considering you have 4 warns and 3 bans, one of which was a 7-day ban.

So, inconclusion:

I believe the length of the ban is rather valid considering your extensive previous offenses and to be fair if this was taken by another staff member, it could be longer.
