While I don't believe excessive force is always and should be a PK reason, the PK guidelines do not have every situation covered. As it states that PKs are discretion, and I believe this situation was not handled by the officer correctly and angered the mob in RP. Maybe if you can provide some context on why you were holding him at gun point to begin with, that would help a lot more.
Also OOC rulebreaks don't always mean the situation is automatically voided.
Please don't post unnecessary things on PK appeals, especially if you were not directly involved.
