What you did was straight up murder... i dont see the argument, murder = pk able offense, you cant kill a guy for standing in your way in a crowded place in which it was hard to move anywhere
another thing is just because they dont do what you say when they got a gun to them does not mean you can shoot them, its still illegal to do, you shot a guy for standing infront of you, that is stupid
and on your point on "if this gets declined then it allowed NYPD to be baited" is wrong, you did not follow your excessive force rules and you cant just murder people at your own.
The fact that you have said in PD discord that your getting unpk' ed with such confidence shows that you do think your invincable and can do whatever you want, such as shooting a guy who was holding nothing posing no threat.
To UNPK him is just unfair, and a blatant disregard for any rule. Using excessive force in the NYPD is illegal and constitutes as murder if you killed the person with excessive force, that being illegal and you being in a government faction means your corrupt. thats how corruption works, gov official + illegal acts = corruption
I wouldnt have PK'ed you if this had been the first time I have seen you do this, but you have done this same shooting people for no reason shit on MULTIPLE occasions, hell you killed a guy for standing near webers car, why not fucking taze or some shit, no you just kill people and you rely on the admins to protect you because your a cop and you obviously feel the laws dont apply to you.
If we seen this in another perspective, lets say I am drago in this situation and some guy is standing infront of me and wont move when i have a gun to his head, me shooting him would get me arrested for murder or pk'ed by that mans associates. WHICH IS FAIR.
FearRP is a rule in which im near certain people can choose to break at their own risk, if they die they can be pk'ed, but that does not mean you can just shoot them anyway as a cop and have no consequences.
