-1, this application is poorly written with very small sentences at an attempt to reach the 5 sentence count. Another part of this application that concerns me is the

"Well, to be realistically honest, I don't really see why I should be considered over other candidates"

This doesn't give us a good impression of yourself when it comes to being added on the team.
