Don't perform your illegal operations:
1. In public area
2. On your private property that can be viewed from a public area
3. On your business property that is accessible by the public
You make it easy for the FBI or the NYPD to take valid pictures, get warrants and lead to raids/seizures.
One would think people learn from other people's mistakes of doing exactly this but apparently not.

They certainly did that kind of mass information gathering in real life, it's how you build a case. Also, the criminals knew for sure that they were being surveilled and watched. It was on them to outsmart the feds and not get caught. Limiting RP to where it makes it harder for them is just dumb. As a criminal who moves drugs and guns you probably would assume that someone taking a picture of you is the feds, and destroying a camera or carrying hits on agents you don't even know the names of sounds dumb as fuck, you'd just get yourself arrested.
It's not about doing illegal shit
It's about FBI just walking up and making a whole book on everyone working at your place of work without them actually seeing anything illegal to you know warrant a type of mass information gathering on that scale.
The point being that nothing should be limited in RP, and that kind of mass surveillance did actually occur in real life, it's on you to figure out a way where that kind of surveillance doesn't get you in risk in any way.
Ok but i dont think the feds just walked up and snapped a pic they would have to stake out in another building and shoot pics from across the street, not right in their face???
