If we look at Rule 5 of the Government/Police Rules, we can see you can not be PKed unless you are corrupt. Sizing a Property with a Warrant is 100% legal. I mean if this wasn't the case, every cop doing their job would be on PK terms. This was legal. He didn't do anything and not only should he not be PKed, the situation should continue. The NYPD unless proven wrong did not illegally search the property and seize it for the state of NY.
