"Violating Metagaming Rules | Using ooc discord to communicate IC'ly" -baldrick

Reason for appeal (dispute/apology):
- Baldrick did not enter the VC. He didn't know what was being discussed and to what effect it may have been valued IC.
- information wasn't being used to leverage power over any other individuals; it was being used to instruct new players and give them proper guidelines.
- There is no evidence of what was being said to prove using OOC Discord to communicate IC'ly. Nor is it a rule at all to my understanding that you can't hang out with friends in a vc while playing a game. By this logic you would have to ban a lot of people and it'd be really easy thing to do as everyone hangs out in vc while their standing in a restaurants, apartments, and etc.
Why should you be unbanned?
I enjoy my time on the server- and I spend much of my free time on it. I was awfully upset and confused after I not only I- but three other people were banned for what I thought was a pretty absurd reason. While trying to teach new players the ropes; under the guise that we were communicating IC information out of character in a discord, we were banned. I'll be the first to admit myself and a few of the other people were in discord. I understand, respect, and support the rule that metagaming should never be allowed because it harms the integrity of roleplay- or worse yet the experience others have in the server. However when I'm banned while waiting for processing- standing in a room doing quite literally nothing; its quite upsetting. Nothing is being done to harm others or gain an unfair advantage over others; in fact at the time I was instructing three brand new players who have since said they're apprehensive about re-joining the server out of fear for similar experience. To be fair if that was my first experience- I don't blame them. Yes I understand the ban is almost over but I don't want it on my record. If you look at logs I even make looc to ask staff questions so that I don't get IN trouble for metagaming. Would be nice to see that screenshot, or any other screenshots of my key binds: /me sends a pager, /me receives a pager, /me man from rooftop sends a pager, most always carrying a phone and radio on me at all times, the list goes on.
