You cannot disconnect from an active RP situation (in this instance shootout) to avoid the RP. Regardless if you believe there was a rulebreak you must call an Admin to Mediate the issue. Not disconnect. The video clearly shows you engaging in a shootout then disconnecting. I also personally looked at the logs for Rem, which shows you damaging the officer then logging off, and instructed him to wait 5 to 10 minutes to see if you would reconnect or message an Admin (incase you had crashed).
I'd also like to point out that you attacking Rem and accusing him of either incompetence or bias isn't helping here.
