+1 good guy, have had many one to one conversations about the server and he understand roleplay very well, is a good person, and most importantly I can say he understands the need to teach new people things and I can say with confidence having him as a mod will help grow the server and allow easier entry for new players as I know he will be willing to spend as much time as it takes to teach them and get them started. I think along with an understanding with the rules, his attitude will certainly bring a positive change to the server as long as he takes it seriously I think he will do great.
