First, I said I will leave this up to the UA.

But to answer your question, an rdm/rulebreak cant be roleplayed out. If you got rdmed you would not be there 'Oh yeah lets roleplay it out'. First the guy might have had other roleplay going on and you might have ruined it. When you get rdmed, you report it. Its a rulebreak, its OOC. Also I will say this again, I have said what I have to say, this ban in my opinion is well deserved, but its up to the UA.

From what i can see, it seems that the person you shot survived from the initial encounter, but died from the wounds that you inflicted, which can still very be classified as RDM.

Understandably this is a misidentification case. However, the "manhunt" itself seems to be poorly done considering that you chose to trust a taxi driver's word instead of properly confirming that said victim was indeed "Antonio". This is also one of the main reasons as to why we encourage players to conduct proper identification before killing some random player in the streets.

If you did take extra steps confirming that said person indeed is "Antonio", it would be a different story altogether.

Normally, this would only constitute a 1 to 2 day ban. However your POs betray you unfortunately.
