"I want to make this cartel to help add more RP into a RP server I've never seen a /me in any circumstances besides healing someone and I want to change that."
The reason being on why you only see healing /me's is probably because you rdming boys out here or just minging, if you was apart of a faction or even just went around the city you would fully find out that so many people /me's.
Alongside this Using "/me" doesn't improve RP into a RP server, It's about physically making the RP there by having events or going out with some people and meeting up with random guys and just having a good time, using only /me doesn't improve the server by at all. It may add detail to what you physically are doing but not improve it where it will effect the server as a whole or even your faction.
