+1 I know Bugsy for a while now, he is capable of running a faction. However im not a big fan of this idea.

+1 Bugsy is a old member of the community and from what i seen hes a great leader and deserves to get a chance plus this is a very good idea and its the first time anything like this has been suggested and id love to see how it works out.
