I'm so confused on if some of you just don't read, don't know how to read, or refuse to read. I have stated over and over why I took the oil, how I tried to return the oil, the refusal of trying to return the oil, I'd also like to mention, you have no IC proof that I sold the oil. So, if we're going ICly, you PK me just off of taking the oil.

This corporal was not secretive about his corruption. he used his power to steal oil and make money.

at the end of the day, you took the oil and sold it. no need to bs about "escape" cant escape when you are tied.
this pk will probably be approved:
- you selling the oil was confirmed by the staff not us
this is something I cant disagree with.

And no you didnt try to give back the oil. If you did you wouldnt have sold it because someone not giving an answer cannot allow you to sell oil. If you know about procedures so much then why dont you know that? You could of also used your brain and adverted about the oil, which would have saved us all this waste of time.

hes not saying he gave the oil back hes saying and i can confirm this that he attempted to give it back but the guy ran away effectively saying he didnt want it

Let me tell you, he means that he witnessed me try to give the Oil back to cragger, Cragger then saying nothing, "effectively saying he didn't want it". Therefore, pursing a PK after refusing the take the "stolen" property back is a bait PK. You are effectively killing me for no reason.

I just checked logs you lastly disonnected 02/02 at 20:45. and this guy took the oil off cragger at 21:03 and got pked 22:28. you werent even on when this happend.

What's the point of PKing me if you're just going to lie? Like???? Hello???? I wanna see proof that you were told ICly that I sold the oil, and I want proof that I didn't try to give the oil back.

This whole situation should just be voided considering the PKing party didn't follow guidelines, and killed me purely off superstition. You killed me because I took the oil, you actually resulted in immediately resulted to killing me violating the rule stating:

We implore to also pursue and exhaust all legal options before resorting to murder, else the entire NYPD will be impeding your business during their investigations.

Also, you violated another rule stating:

To murder an officer or government official is a serious matter. Due to this, the reasons needed to kill an officer or politician are raised. They must have harmed your family in a significant way.

In which, four oil barrels is not enough to classify as "Harming your family in a significant way".

James, you did not see him trying to give me back the oil as you weren't even online at the time and all my lawyers can confirm this. As Manuel said, this appeal is just full of lies to get your char unpked as the commissioner of the NYPD has literally told his men to comment on this appeal then deleted the message once Fish man pulled him up for it.
