The Diverge Upper Administration team thanks you for creating this report, we had received complaints about this user in the past but were operating under the knowledge that he himself was a minor as well. These screenshots clearly show this to not be the case; displaying disgusting behaviour as the user openly brags about pretending to be under the age of 18 to interact with these individuals. This is not acceptable.

The user claims that age of consent in Canadian law protects him from legal prosecution, however he fails to realize that using the internet, a position of authority and/or lying about his age or intention as he has admitted to in these screenshots, is considered Sexual Exploitation and is punishable under Canadian Law.

A 16 or 17 year old cannot consent to sexual activity if:

their sexual partner is in position of trust or authority towards them, for example their teacher or coach
the young person is dependent on their sexual partner, for example for care or support
the relationship between the young person and their sexual partner is exploitative
The following factors may be taken into account when determining whether a relationship is exploitative of the young person:

the young person's age
the age difference between the young person and their partner
how the relationship developed (for example, quickly, secretly, or over the internet)
whether the partner may have controlled or influenced the young person

We consider those who sexually exploit minors to be the lowest of the low, preying on the developing brains of those who should be protected. Scum of the Earth that take advantage of these individuals deserve nothing more than an unmarked pit. 

User will be banned from all Diverge Platforms and we recommend any related or affected users to block or dissociate.
