I am requesting the ban of Ayden#7814 from the Diverge Community. Also formerly known as "Voshka" as Typhoon's Community Manager and known recently as TyrannE and now Ayden, the owner of Mafia 2099.
In these screenshots, Ayden was speaking to a former member of the Diverge community about a young girl he is having sexual interactions with over instant messaging and facetime. The individual he is DMing with (Who we will call "John" for the sake of his privacy) is also 15 year old minor. In Ayden's chat, he explicitly mentions that he is "he is 17 to use the minor card" to speak to an underage minor (John has told me she is 16 years old) over the internet to play off the age card. Ayden then uses explicit language of sexual nature in graphic detail in his DMs with John over Discord. Ayden is a citizen of Canada and the legal age for the age of consent is raised to 18 when the older party is in a position of trust or authority over the other, the younger party is in a relationship of dependency with the owner, or if the relationship is exploitative. The language Ayden uses when speaking of the minor is grotesque, an illegal act of grooming, and violates Diverge Rule 12.
I was told from the internal leadership of the NYPD that Ayden also resigned 2 days ago from the NYPD due to these screenshots coming out.
Ayden is well aware of his wrongdoing due to him specifically stating that he "use the minor card" on a young girl and is intentionally lying to have sexual relations with the minor via grooming her on how he will conduct intercourse with her. Also, he is speaking to another minor about his sexual interactions with a minor.
I am calling on Management of Diverge: Pendred, Canadian-bacon, Ultra, and UA to permanently ban Ayden from the community (Diverge and Prometheus), all discords, and dissociate players from Mafia 2099 RP as he is the owner of it. Players have the right to play on the server without encountering sexual misconduct.
Note: I would encourage Ayden to seek mental health services for his behavior, as what he is exhibiting is dangerous to minors and the rights of minors are to not be to be exploited for personal sexual gratification.
