Date of PK: 2022/2/19

Reason for PK: RDM

Why should you be unPK'd?: Getting PK'd for RDM isn't a roleplay reason to get get your character PK'd. I thought in that situation that that person was apart of the faction participating in the war but I was wrong and I didn't even die in that situation so I cannot get PK'd for that. Just doesn't even make any sense in roleplay

If possible please provide video evidence or photo evidence if PK does not follow the guidelines: Touka handled that ticket

PKed because you need to be 100% sure who you're killing in war. War doesn't allow you to shoot anyone who looks like they're in war. Person made an RDM ticket and you gave a bs reason instead of owning up to it.

How does it make sense to punish me with a PK when my Character didn't even die I mean give me a warning or a ban or something this punishment just doesn't make any sense in RP and I have no PO's or warnings (I'm pretty sure)

Fact is: He did not die.

Aswell in situations of war you cannot assume what his thoughts was, its one thing that its RDM on book. But why would a person who is sure someone is an enemy and shoots him, should have to be pked?

Also, his pk would have made a lot of sense if he died, it could be considered as not caring for your life.

This is a different situation I didn't even die I got character banned by Touka for RDM

You have completly misunderstood the situation. This has nothing to do with ppl being rdmed and pked by ppl in the war. We also have lost ppl that were pked randomly, but I am not complaining about that. Please re read this thread.

Because randomly killing people just on the chance they are the enemy is stupid, however banning them isn't a real punishment because they can still participate in war afterwards. As such a PK is the appropriate punishment. Future wars will be different but people RDMing to get kills will always receive severe punishment
