Date of PK: 3/25/2022

Reason for PK: Damage a police cruiser tire then was stopped to be detained then killed for holding a weapon out.

Why should you be unPK'd?: i was not fully aware of what was going on in the situation i couldn't hear anything over pager so i stopped for a second to deafen then once i came back in game i accidently pulled my weapon out then was shot immediately with no warnings or hesitation. all i knew that i was being stopped and detained i tried to comply with the officer to do so and i ended up having a technical problem i tried to safety/put away my shotgun but i didn't have any time to do so. i ended up getting killed on the spot i was never tryna have a gun fight i was just confused and was under a little bit of pressure with everything going on because i couldn't understand anything over pager i was rushing as fast as i could to deafen and i ended up pulling my gun out when i didn't even mean to i never even shot a single shell at anybody

If possible please provide video evidence or photo evidence if PK does not follow the guidelines: i never take any kind of photo/video evidence on any game

Hello, I am the administrator who approved your PK.

Your argument of you having no audio is invalid in my opinion, due to the undisputed fact you clearly saw the officer point a gun at you. Any logical person would assume they are being arrested even if they had no audio so your argument makes no sense. If you wanted to comply with the officer then you would of just stood still but yet you chose to take out your gun. I believe the PK is valid

if that's what you think i'll take down my post or you can just Denie it i wasn't tryna use audio as a excuse i was just explaining my situation to yall so you could understand my side of things. but like always my word dont mean shit on this server so im not gonna keep arguing about this i dont got the energy for it. i barely wanted to even make this post but i did it for my faction and my people but do what you gonna do. cops always wanna pk for the smallest things
