Reason for appeal (dispute/apology): Honestly, I don't think that I vdm'd anyone, my apologies if I did vdm anyone but I'm 90% sure I didn't. Second off I didn't even mean to cause that crash, I was steering right very hard when a lag spike hit causing me to go directly forward at the speed I was going, it wasn't necessarily easy to stop that fast. (I was banned right after crashing into a car) I do however understand how that looked, a bit minge-like because unfortunately I was speeding, the lag spike hit regardless and sent me straight forward somehow right into them.

Why should you be unbanned? I'm quite new to garry's mod actually, I just started playing a few days ago and I have been trying to learn and rp to the best of my ability, although I'm not completely erudite with the rules and such. I've played other servers, this one is a bit more complicated to me but I like it. I just think the ban was a little outrageous because I didn't kill anybody and it was an accident. I have no previous history of breaking the rules in the few days I have been enjoying the server and have been trying to follow them.

Additional Information): I was just riding around exploring,  so I didn't document this in any way. also don't know how to record my gmod screen.

I spectated you while cloaked trying to run people over deliberately with the van, after doing this multiple times you then preceded to crash into cars on multiple occasions, until finally doing it infront of the hospital next to a group of players nearly causing an explosion killing them.

I honestly wasn't trying to run people people over deliberately, I see where you're coming from, as I was speeding admittedly. I don't think I caused crashes like that. I had just got a delivery van, I literally had just gotten onto the miami server. Like literally check the time I had before I logged in and logged off it couldn't be 20 minutes and I was going to explore looking for npcs and such. My apologies if you perceived me as a minge but I was trying to drive appropriately.
