Reason for ban: RDM | NITRP | Lying to staff | Extensive POs history

Length of ban: 2 weeks

Reason for appeal (dispute/apology): I feel like H445 is biased towards me, and I didn't like his attitude during the sit. He only accepted one side of the story an didn't acknowledge or understand any points I brought up. I was banned for "RDM" when I only killed one person, and it was because of a mix-up after someone that looked very similar to him had killed my friend. I offered to compensate the victim personally. There was then another person brought to the sit (one that reported, and had lost absolutely nothing after he died) that I didn't even kill, yet H445 claimed I had killed him. Obviously I said I didn't kill him (since that was the truth, and the logs can show it.) All of my past offenses are SEVERAL months old, some even dating back years, and it was because I was hanging around the wrong group of players on the server, I've definitely changed since then. I received a warning yesterday for roleplaying gang initiation in which i had to kill someone to receive membership into the crew, which I also feel like shouldn't have happened.

Why should you be unbanned?: Past offenses are extremely outdated, H445 didn't listen to my story and claimed I was lying, when I was telling the truth, I didn't RDM anyone, and blatantly stated it was a misunderstanding. I've all intent to RP on Diverge and have been doing so the past 2 days.

Neither of the people in those clips are me. I was the one standing with my hands down in the second clip. I was never present in the first one. Maybe get your facts right before accusing people?

I was never in that video, I have no idea why you're trying to accuse me or why you're even arguing on my ban appeal. Leave it for the admins.

Admins can check logs I've never ziptied or mugged a single person on MafiaRP Miami.

You're clearly biased against me and have a vendetta against my friends for revenge, you reported us when you lost absolutely nothing and baited the situation.

The person that you killed never dealt any damage to you or your friend. After looking at the logs, the only thing I could find was your friend shooting the person you killed 3 times with a glock. You couldn't provide any good reason for the killing and you clearly had no intent to roleplay. After looking at your notes, I decided to issue the 2 weeks ban due to the amount of notes you have. You also have 7 bans, all for RDM, one of them being a perma ban.

Not how that works you have to give him commands. Also you can see he wasn't able to escape or anything and you still shot him which is RDM. You're a low tier player and you deserve to be banned and not play this server maybe try to actually rp instead of mugging and trying to get people pked.

I'm telling you that it wasn't me in the video, I never shot anyone except the guy that you first accused me of shooting, and told you it was a mix-up, and I offered to comp him.
