After talking to Escape himself it seems that he does have the right intentions for actually making his own faction and he seems passionate.

We're only helping with the members requirement for the app. He's applying for an oil company and we're supporting him, this doesn't have anything to do with his existing characters or factions he's in. Also the only faction with an oil racket is currently a sub faction of an Italian Family, so what's wrong with this one also being a sub faction ? (Not saying that it is, I just don't get your point).

More competition = No more monopolization, better choice and prices for sellers, more RP between competitors in the market, better incentive for legal RP, etc.

The server definitely needs more active oil/legal factions, which will help prices go back to what was normal (Prices went down from $5.6k -> $5.4k because it has become a monopoly)
