Like I said in my staff application, I am the first to admit my prior faults when on this server.

When I initially joined, I was met with some terrible staff who were rude, unprofessional, and abusive. (All of which are no longer on the staff team for good reason) 

I had taken a break because there was a certain point in which staff were blatantly abusing and ruining the game for me and my friends, when I came back, I had expected the same outcome, which explains my automatic frustrations with staff. Since my last encounter with a staff member, I have been striving to better this unfair mindset I possess and understand that not all staff are here to give me a hard time. 

I am asking for a break, and a chance to redeem myself.

Even if this was the case.
You have shown in multiple instances that you don't understand even the most basic of rules, that is, by breaking them and arguing about decisions staff makes. You need to make unbiased decisions on complicated situations. An in-depth understanding of the rules is therefore crucial to efficiently and correctly staff. Therefore in my view you are unfit to become staff.

You cannot redeem yourself by just saying you bettered yourself and therefore should become staff. Start off by controbuting to the community, obliging the server-rules and be viewed in a more positive light. Constantly disagreeing with staff decisions that are against your views is no help in this.
