Why should you be unPK'd?: The whole situation started because Frank Fartzano decided to pull me over and start shit saying I have a warrant, we got in a shootout, I died, yayadadyada. The problem with this situation is that the warrant was made over metagame, he never knew my name ICly and used OOC chat to find it out. String the admin told Frank to stop harassing us which he did not, instead he decided to make a full warrant and keep harassing us. He also took my bank account still despite knowing my name ICly. If you dig even deeper than that you can also check logs of his OOC chat where he asks me where I am (after he initiated the warrant i'm presuming) through OOC chat.

Hello. I am the banning admin. Whether it was BS or not. The problem is that you initiated a gunfight with a police officer and died in combat. You could’ve handled the “metagame” or other things with server staff but the problem is that you chose to escalate it with guns. This will be up to a senior admin+ if they believe the “metagame” or other things is enough for you to be unpked but from where I stand, you made a mistake and it was handled appropriately. I was not aware the warrant was an actual thing at the time of the shootout.
