What is your motivation/reason for applying?: I have been a player of diverge since it's creation and I'm finding myself with more and more time and I want to do something productive on the server during down time. So therefore, I am applying for staff to enhance everyone's roleplay and enjoyment on the server so I can be useful in some capacity while I'm on the server.. I also want to see that things are being done mainly in RP and carried out in RP because I see a lot people just meta gaming and grabbing information through those means and it is my intention to mitigate that as well as to enforce other critical rules on the server.
Why should you be considered over other candidates?: I am quite methodical when it comes to situations of broken rules etc. If you have broken a clear listed rule I will go through the punishment whoever it may be. Other than that I am experienced and well versed on how the server works and it's player base I have the ability to hear both sides with non bias in a sit situation.
Do you have any previous staffing experience? (Please list where, what position and how long): I was a administrator on a TTT sever a very long time ago the server itself does not exist anymore but with the time it was existing. I like to think I did I exceptional job in staffing that community as one of the only active staff.
Have you been banned before on any of our servers? If so, why?: No not that I can think of.
Would you say that you are well known in our community, what's your reputation, what do other members think of you?: I've been around a long time and in that time I have been in certain circles and talked about a bit here and there, my reputation stands as a reasonable person with a mature mentality that gets things done.

Detail step by step exactly the actions you would take.
Someone RDMs and you are currently off-duty. How do you handle this?: I would either drop what I'm doing and get on duty or I would alert a fellow staff member to take care of the ticket. If it was my own ticket I would involve another staff member as it is bias if I accept my own tickets and carry out the punishments as I would have obvious reservations about that particular person.
You have seen a fellow staff member of higher or equal rank than you abusing fairly often, but never doing anything too noticeable. What do you do?: Alert a higher up to the situation to see if it is a big issue also to take a clip so there's evidence to confirm what that this is happening.
A very good friend of yours joins the server. Over the course of an hour, you’ve received multiple complaints about them not following rules, RDM’ing, and minging. How do you proceed knowing this can affect your friendship with them?: I would have a very frank conversation with them telling them that these are the rules and they have to be followed no matter the circumstance and then meet them with a warn and then if they persist with the same things then it would be meet with a kick/ban punishment potentionally a NITRP punishment dependent of how they carried themselves doing these things. Like any other person within these circumstances.
