I actually think the backstory is fine, I especially liked the inclusion of real Yugoslavian history, as that, along with the rest of the story seem realistic and I struggle to find a reason to make it even more interesting without sounding cheesy. Furthermore, he obviously has people helping and a Yugoslavian influence in the server isn't such a bad idea.

• Backstory was intense and made me want to see how a Yugoslavian faction would be to have around, it would give the city more depth and diversity. 
  
• I really like the idea of the story and bringing that influence into the era MafiaRP is set in.
  
• The brutal manner that the backstory gave the faction would your actions feel like they have deeper felt consequences, making you feel the need to look over your shoulder when wandering the streets if you are trying to cross the Brako Amerika Grupa.
