Lockpicking changes

I feel as if lockpicking is kind of useless, we should be able to actually rob peoples houses instead of just being able to get inside them. I think we should be able to lockpick Crates, Lockers, File cabinets, ect. just a simple addition that would make robbing homes actually beneficial. 


This would be supa dupa cool if added into game

Yeah, but thats so silly! why not just lockpick that shiii. like you have to do /roll (which is silly) with an admin
