Reason for appeal (dispute/apology): I was ordered to go to the Scotts warehouse and that's what I did. When I got there all I did was try an defuse the situation and got shot in the face for it when I was trying to listen and also while telling my guys to leave. I had a clean slate before this and haven't broken any rules.

Why should you be unbanned?- I was the only one in the situation trying to defuse it, I was ordered to go by higher ups.
