Why should you be unbanned? I was banned for simply being on my Firearms Character, I was actually just wandering the city and doing work for the NYPD making a new SOP. I was in the NYPD Discord at the time in a channel by myself and had a causal conversation with someone I knew from the PD about their Firearms License then he said that he just got shot in the sewers, and I asked him "RDM?" and he responded with "I don't know" then he left the channel. So I typed in OOC "is there someone mass murdering people in the sewers" because I thought some guy was just MRDMing down there. I was still walking around, and then another person joined the channel and I he told me he would need a proscustor for a case he is working on, that is when I went into the cells to see who was arrested and everything to see if I should switch chars to deal with that court case and I decided to decline as the case was drug related and I didn't want to deal with prosecuting such a case while having to deal with revamping the Firearms Commission & making a new SOP because Gordon Medvedev won't give up the old one. I have never been banned and only been warned for minor things and I was falsely warned today. I am also a Former Moderator and I make frequent reports 24/7. If I can get banned for just talking to someone in a VC, and walking in the PD when I am also BAR certified and I represent clients on a daily basis then there is a problem with the lack of investigation by moderators.

He hopped on a discord call and heard about the whole prison situation OOCly. After that, he proceeds to hop on his firearms commissioner character in which would not have access to the pd communications, and busted into the cell area. He involved himself with the police during that role-play situation and completely threw everything off RP wise.
He also got warned already today for RDM and is very difficult to reason with during staff sits. He repeatedly threatens staff when things do not go his way and I believe that Mr. Fitz needs to re-inform himself on the server rules. Frankly, we are also tired of seeing abuse of the OOC communications and asking questions that are strictly IC. You are always welcome to file a staff report if you feel like we have done an improper investigation.

Please spend these 2 days considering how you will improve your behavior and involvement in this server's RP.

Possible Situation #1
You just stated I hopped on my Firearms Commissioner char, yet I have never stepped off of it during that time frame. And you just stated I was talking to the police during that situation at all, which I am now entirely confused because the people that came into the Radio #4 which was the channel I was by myself while everyone else was in Radio #4 was people on other characters other then PD yet you state I was communicating with Police Personnel when they can testify that I haven't even spoke a single word to them. You accuse me of this however, yet you never brought a Police Officer to the sit and confirm. One sided as fuck.

Possible Situation #2
I thought you brought me because of my message about the people killing people in the sewers in OOC or you are talking about the situation that happened early with the people just NITRPing in the cells, I was in there to begin due to the fact I do help defend my clients and I went in there saw that they had an officer kidnapped and I used /911 that they kidnapped an officer in the cells. I did not even have a conversation at all with anyone in the PD radio at the time and the only reason why the PD responded was because of my /911 not my presence in discord as I was deafened for majority of the time. And if you want to come at me for being in a NYPD radio the people in the prison were in an NYPD Radio Call which is IC and they were communicating which they would not have access to as civilians. And if this the case you are referring to this happened almost an hour ago yet I am getting punished now?, this seems like a old fashion witch hunt by the staff team.

Either way, you failed to notify me or explain to me in full detail why I was being banned. I would also like to see the evidence provided in your decision to ban me. I don't even know what I was banned for because you brought me legit didn't ask me anything but a discord call then you froze me to talk to two other people. Then you banned me for either Situation #1 or Situation #2, I don't even know!

After investigation it has determined there was a severe miscommunication. The Moderator in question had extreme difficulty handling the sit as the user allegedly was acting very hostile and threatening to report him during the ordeal. As a result the Moderator had to consult with other people who were involved to extract the information he wanted and there was some confusion as to what happened exactly.

As it stands the ban will be removed completely but we ask in the future you take a more calm approach with staff so a situation can be resolved, not escalate. Someone such as yourself. so entrenched in Police RP, should be familiar with de-escalation.
