PK Appeal

Reason for PK: Died while getting mugged/Kidnapped

Why should you be unPK'd?:
These men for a second time tried to mug/kidnap, apon doing so they did not say they were kidnaping me or mugging me, they didn't have my attention, after 15 seconds of them trying to confront me, they killed me. I don't know these guys, they didn't have a clear motive to kidnap, and they merely just shot me as I was walking. The first interaction we had, they shot and killed me, trying to PK me saying I was under fearRP while it all happened within 7 seconds, and while they killed me, they yelled "Your going to get PKed", admin Hugh helped with that situation, said it was invalid because they were yelling "PK" and didn't give enough time for me to obey their commands. On top of that they lied to the admin saying that they chased me down through townhall, before I showed my clip. Anyways, Maybe 25 minutes go by, I'm about to do this deal with a guy at the docks, walking, then I start to get shot in the back, as you see in the clip. I did see them as I was walking, but only when I was past them, they pulled out their guns, yelling as you see in the clip, I was walking and didn't pay attention to them, so they must've thought I wasn't obeying them, when in reality, they didn't grab my attention in order to go on with what ever they wanted to do. They didn't say that they were kidnapping me or mugging me, they merely just had there guns out and shot me really, never said "This is a kidnapping/mugging don't move!". They were inpatient and just wanted to shoot me and/or didn't want to RP this situation from what I've observed. Additionally, there wasn't a PK message after, /me or /roll showing that they really didn't want to RP.

If possible please provide video evidence or photo evidence if PK does not follow the guidelines:

Forgot to add this, but you also broke FearRP the first time they tried to kidnap you. The only reason I didn't approve that is because they shouted "he's getting PKed" after they killed you.

Well to be fair, the first time they just pointed guns at me, they never announced their motive, just basically they just pointed guns at me in the middle of the street and killed me.

Second time they also never announced their motive and I didn't see him pull a gun on me, hence why I was just walking to the dock, looking for my dealer guy.

No one else was involved other then the two guys that killed me and Hugh the admin, I don't know why the other comment in the thread were deleted.

It doesn't matter if i don't have a motive to kidnap you, when i point a gun at you and yell "stop moving" u stop the fuck moving. The fact that u did it twice just shows u blatantly broke fearp since u had valuable items on you, stop the bullshit mate.
